Born in Canada and based in Geneva, Katharina von Flotow is active in the fields of cinema and photography.

She works with a technique known as scanography.

With this photographic series, initiated during the lockdown, the artist casts a gaze upon her surroundings that is both captivated by natural beauty and troubled by the awareness of the transience of earthly life.
